The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed, twin sofa-sleeper, and floor-ceiling glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and putting green, where you can take in the gentle sea breeze while reclining on the comfortable patio furniture. The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, large mirror, and double sink.
Spend quality time with your loved ones in the spacious living room featuring a comfy seating area, stunning decor, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, a stylish wet bar, a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a 65" Smart TV.
The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in a microwave and a sizeable refrigerator. Start your morning with the high-quality coffee maker, end the night with some mixed drinks with the blender.

Love the resort but this room was sub par

I’ve been staying at the Caribe for twenty years, and I still believe that it’s the best resort in Orange Beach. However, the standard to which the rooms are being maintained and the standard of cleanliness of the rooms has steadily gone downhill over the years, especially in the units managed by the Caribe. The floor was filthy in our unit leaving our feet black in less than an hour after bathing, there was food underneath the furniture in the living room, we were provided with 11 towels for a unit sleeping 14 people, and we were left no pillows for the sleeper sofas which were full of hair and crumbs. The master bed frame wad broken and had been pieced together with wood blocks and screws. People pay a lot of money and travel to the Catibe for the ‘resort’ experience, but this did NOT feel very resort-like. We were able to get the towels and pillows that we needed with a call to housekeeping, but the condition of the floors was inexcusable. I will say that various improvements had been made to the pools, pool decking, water slides, and lazy river as well as the addition of the newly constructed tiki bar and cabanas. I just wish that there was a system in place to ensure that the units are maintained to a certain standard and that there was an inspection process to make sure that units are properly cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Caribe Stay summer 2022

There were some broken items when we arrived but maintenance was quick to fix them all. Walls need some painting and floors and baseboards weren’t as clean as we’d have liked. Pools needed some cleaning…steps around one big pool were very grimy and looked like mold. Overall we had a great fun time as a family. Thank you!

Perfect Location and Stay

I hosted a group of 11 women this weekend and we had a great time - the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and everyone slept comfortably. I would have wished some basic replenishment items were available (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) but it wasn’t a big deal as there were local places to go shopping. Would recommend and return!

Unit needs some work

Unit was very clean and comfortable but needs some things fixed. All of the shower faucets are in disrepair. They are hard to work and many spray water in all directions including the floor outside of the shower. I myself slipped and fell in the master bath. The ice machine and the garbage disposal did not work. The last night we used the master tub and it would not drain. All was reported to maintenance and they were slow to respond. Caribe use to be a wonderful upscale place, we have rented there since the early 2000’s but now I’m not so sure. There were a lot of unsupervised kids running around and a lot of noise in the hallway at night.

Fun Friend Reunion in a Beautiful Location

This condo was beautiful, and we had a fantastic time. It was great for a party as large as ours, and the Caribe had much to offer all age groups. However, for the cost, we had several issues with the appliances-- the dryer had to be serviced and quit working multiple times and the refrigerator/freezer was broken (literally had a temperature of 73 degrees in the freezer). Though maintenance was quick to help, these were problems no one wants to have to deal with on vacation. Overall, we truly had a great time, and enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacay 2021

We were very excited about staying all together at this location. The view was amazing, and the size of the condo was perfect. The kids enjoyed all of the pools. The condo stated that it slept 16, but it did not sleep14 comfortably. The dishes were dirty, shower in master was broke, hairs not from head in master tub, refrigerator was broke, shower curtain in 2nd bedroom kept falling, and not enough bath towels for all of us. The washer worked great. We had to use it daily to wash towels. On the day of our checkout, the hallways smelled like sewage. We all wanted to stay at Caribe but will probably never stay again.

Great family condo

Great place to stay with a big group. We loved all the pools, especially in indoor since it was cold outside. We played tennis, golf, close enough to the beach too. We would definitely stay here again!
