“Grandpa’s Cabin is perfect ! Beautiful Mountain Views, hummingbirds, hiking in neighborhood, Long Lake. House had everything we needed for our group of 8 .. plenty of hot water for showers in the 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with all we needed for multiple meals.. including a new grill. We had a wonderful family trip, this was our second vacation there and we will definitely return ! ”

“Yes, a hot tub would be great, but overall, it was a beautiful setting, very private and tastefully decorated. Perhaps a few more items in the kitchen would have been helpful. Like 4 coffee cups instead of just three (our reservation was for 4), A bowl to make salad in, and maybe some wineglasses. Thanks, though, it was a great stay.”

“We stayed at Three River Resort cabin for 4 days and it was perfect for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted with smile faces and the check in process was easy and also gave us some recommendations if we wanted to do things around there. When we got to the cabin it was very clean and ready to be used. It had everything we needed. Plus the kids loved their own space on the loft. It was in perfect location to Crescent Butte, Taylor ParkReservoir and Gunnison. I highly recommend these...

“Arguably one of the best properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, The Gem truly lives up to its name. Location-wise, it can’t be beat. Easily walkable to Main St and less than a block away from an incredible park and playground, our 2.5 year old was in heaven. After two days of adventuring, we didn’t have to use the car for the remainder of our stay because we could truly walk everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The house itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and oh so cozy...

“I decided a short while back that this spring I would take a road trip through my native state of Colorado fly-fishing in route. I found the Three Rivers Resort listing online and it seemed to fit my needs perfectly. I booked four nights and yes, it was perfect! Beautiful, clean riverside cabin with everything I needed to relax, fix my own meals, and venture out each day to fish.I can't wait to return next year!Thank you Three Rivers Resort!”
