“Read the information, and it’s just as advertised. We had great talks with the host and various guests, kitchen has every possible appliance, fans were nice! Built-in petting zoo :)”
“We loved the overall setup. We stayed in the Brizas section, which is in need of renovation and, fortunately, scheduled for updates. Next time, we’ll most likely stay in the Vistas. The check-in process took far too long—about an hour and a half—which was definitely a drawback. One night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. with no explanation or guidance from the staff, and repeated attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. Needless to say, my wife was quite shaken by the experience.”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...
“I loved this property. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice, and even welcomed us back by name when we arrived back for the night. The pool was clean and quiet, and the hotel is close to not only the sights of old San Juan, but also beautiful beaches, the financial district, and anything else you could want. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”
“Nice, relatively new hotel. Clean, comfortable, excellent staff. Expected to be beachfront but was 250 yards away requiring walking under a highway overpass.

L'aria condizionate era rumorosissima e non si poteva spegnere per il troppo caldo.

El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo.
El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo.
En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”
“The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.”
