“No hot water for multiple days ”

“Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!”

“I booked and paid through expedia. My husband arrived before i did. When I arrived i was suprised to see that we were in the wrong room. They had given us room 147. It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt. I had booked and paid for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. After much conversation they said they dont have that room for me and that...

“First I want to say thank you to the front desk associate Clara for being so kind and helpful to me and my mom while we stayed there yesterday. She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. ”

“There was no breakfast we booked specifically for continental breakfast however there was no breakfast. We were told that they need to hire a chef for the weekend. Well this wasn’t disclosed when booking not upon arrival. Got up early in the morning to go down for breakfast only to be disappointed.”

“The gym was quite small as well as the pool. Additionally, somehow my door stop was engaged even though there was no one in my room. The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? Just thought I would share as it was alarming to key into my room, but be barred from entering.”
