“The room is outdated and in not to great of shape and no remote for the TV. The girl at check in was nice but the man I spoke with the next morning when I was trying to turn in my key card wasn't so nice he was rude. Nobody was in the office so I used the phone they had to call them and I asked where to leave the key and he said just leave it in the room but I told him I'm not going back over to the room and up 3 flights of steps he said just throw it away then. ”
