“Nice property”

“Couldn’t sleep because of noisy neighbors. Front desk did nothing. Long term stay place for construction guys.”

“Breakfast menu was fresh, staff were great. The material on Expedia do not represent the breakfast accurately. It is an elevated Starbucks rather than a restaurant breakfast venue.”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute.”

“They are in the middle of a remodel- we also got in late- but things were clean, the brief interaction with staff was easy- for the one overnight after getting off airplane was fine. ”

“The staff member at check-in could've been more welcomin. Breakfast could've had more options and the gentlemen overseeing the breakfast should at least wear disposable gloves. Coffee was a bit watered down and many of the creamers had chunks in them. Room servicio was not often enough and the shower curtain wouldn't stay in place. We won't be back.”

“Property was great and beautiful maintained. The only drawback was at breakfast. They only had one person taking orders and delivering food and she was overwhelmed. She got orders confused.”
