“Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed.”

“Must have been an off day considering the other reviews. Where do I start? When I first walked in both the kitchen and bathroom floors were incredibly sticky. There were a lot of dark hair clippings all over the counter along with a used Q tip. There was a dirty sock beside the couch, there was a used diabetic test strip on the counter of the kitchen and there was a bottle of vitamin drops in the bed! “This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute.”
