Case in affitto a Hagerstown

“The weather played havoc with our Memorial Day weekend plans, but we still managed to have a great time. We ended up spending far more time in the Robin’s Nest than originally planned, so I feel confident in saying it was a comfortable home away from home for us. We made a couple of meals and streamed some movies on the smart TV, but mostly we lounged around when we weren’t out seeing the soggy sights.”

“It was a wonderful place to stay!! The house was clean and neat. The host was great to communicate with and did so in a timely manner. It was a great area to visit!!”

“The pictures used for the listing was not what was currently in the house. Upon arrival the wooden planks used for the sidewalk were loose and lifted when you walked. The driveway was overgrown with low tree line. The sidewalk was overgrown with weeds. The yard was in need of mowing. When opening the front door, the smell of “wet dog” instantly hit you. The carpet on the stairs were worn and in need of cleaning. The upper deck needs to be replaced. I got a splinter when using the railing. The...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Shepherdstown property. The home was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location was excellent—close to Shepherdstown's charming downtown area, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops, restaurants, and historic character of the town. The property was also conveniently located near several historical sites and scenic walking trails, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and natural beauty. “The house was not clean. Surfaces were sticky, dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned, the toilet was broken, much of the furniture was unstable, including the beds, one of which had a loose pillar, the other with a headboard that was not attached to anything. The entrance through the carport was dangerous and ill-smelling. There was no functioning key to the front door, so entrance had to be made through the carport every time. In the horse bedroom, there was one...

“Very clean, the hosts had bread and local wine ready which was such a treat! It was so nice to be among the cows and relaxing to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had morning coffee which was also supplied by the hosts! On top of that, there weren’t a lot of cleaning requirements for us to do prior to leaving, which I really appreciated. Would stay again!”

“My friends and I have been doing weekend trips around DC for seven years now and this stay easily had the most amazing views. The pictures do not do it justice. Great beds, one of our folks enjoyed the pool, and all in all we had an amazing time. Note that the sixth bedroom is in the loft. We also loved the screened in porch and great water pressure and birdwatching. Tony was very responsive, checking in throughout our stay.”

“It was overall a great space for a relaxing weekend with a small group of friends.”

“We have stayed here before in 2024. The Linden Chalet is quiet, surrounded by beautiful tall oak trees and is a MUST for a chillaxing vacay. Everything we could need was there in place. I wanted for nothing! And, the host kept up with quick texts and daily checked with us to make sure we were experience a fantastic stay...and WE DID! I will certainly rent this home again. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets feel so comfy and clean. The added touches of little lamps and decor...

“Beautiful, spacious house.”

“My friend and I rented this home for a girls out weekend. The home was cozy, clean and well accommodated for our needs. Upon arrival we ran into a small setback with an extra lock on the door keeping us from getting in but Heena responded quickly and walked us through how to get it unlocked. I have a very large SUV that took some maneuvering to get into the driveway but im sure smaller vehicles will not have any issues. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Berkley Springs. Thank...

“Great little spot!”

“I cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had staying at Denise & Mike's lovely cottage. They went above and beyond to make sure our family gathering was perfect...and it truly was. Sitting on the front porch sharing coffee in the a.m. and wine in the evening. Board games, chats and laughter until our bellies ached. Our family spent our much needed reunion sharing long overdue times making more wonderful memories. Upon arrival we found the property even more special than we imagined from...
