“I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience.
That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal.

“One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners.
Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay.
I would surely love to stay here again!”

“A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing.”

Camera senza finestre, ma per un soggiorno di due giorni non è stato un problema. Camera pulita con aria condizionata funzionante. Wifi eccellente. Colazione poco variegata, ma completa in terrazza, da cui si ha un panorama della città”
“Picked tu is hotel for an overnight stay since it was near the airport, its located in a not so great neighbourhood but they have security at the gate so you should feel safe inside at least until certain time of the early morning when the security leaves

“The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.”

“The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...
