Hotel vicino a Hale Centre Theatre - Salt Lake City

“I had a reservation and when I arrived the hotel manager had canceled my reservation. I was told that I had been relocated, which I wasn’t. Mario at the front desk wasn’t any help. I chose this hotel because me and my sister were traveling alone and I wanted a nice place, in a good location.”

“When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine.”

“For the most part our stay was fine, but there were no pool towels and when we asked for some, it took almost 30 minutes to get any. The pool area was not as clean as we are used to. The pool floor was dirty and used towels were all over, but nothing bad enough for us to not use the hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints, the location was conveniently located near the mall and placed to eat.”

“The most incompetent and/or poorly trained staff at any hotel I have stayed at. I can't believe Wyndham allows them to be associated with their name. Describing the number of things they messed up during our stay would take more words than can fit here. The hotel is badly in need of renovation, starting with the disgusting 30 year old carpets throughout. Guess they don't think it is worth the investment for a bad location close to the loud freeway. Although that wasn't too noticeable in our room...

“Safe”

“The room was plenty spacious and gave us exactly what we needed for the night. The staff was excellent. They were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good little variety with a waffle maker as well. Do make sure you go into the right building as there are two hotels “by Marriott” right next to each other and the gps seems to take you to the south parking lot on the other side of Fairfield instead of the north parking lot by Springhill.”
