Hotel vicino a South Towne Center - Salt Lake City

“They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away. “Hotel is run down. Rooms are dirty. Carpet and furniture needs deep cleaning. Couch was falling apart. All our rooms smelled bad and they are using some kind of deodorizer that gave us terrible headaches. Pool was murky. Breakfast was awful. Staff was rude. “The rooms are very outdated, it really looks like it was the bedroom of a very old man, who possibly died on his favorite chair next to his rickety bed. The walls, carpet, furniture, and even the blinds gave a very dark esthetic to the room, and it was better to pretend you were at a niceish bedroom of an old western inn above the saloon. “Property is pretty however will never stay here again, the wifi wasn’t working and very crucial for me as I work from home the shower did not have a wall to cover the entire shower therefore the ENTIRE bathroom would get wet I used almost all the towels just to soak up the water it was terrible. The room was so hot and thermostat couldn’t go below 72 it just overall was not a good stay for how expensive it was I would NOT recommend there are more affordable and functional properties out there...

“The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. “I like Homewood suites in general, but LOVED this property. Facilities were A+, staff was A+++, and the room functionality was almost perfect. The only thing I would have liked are windows that open for some fresh air.”

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”
