La struttura si trova a 5 minuti di auto da Falmouth Harbour Marina un porto turistico molto carino con molti ristorantini. La struttura è posizionata all'interno di Falmouth Harbour un golfo protetto dalle colline e per questo riparato dal vento, che sul resto dell'isola è sempre presente. E' indispensabile però l'affito di un'auto per raggiungere le diverse spiagge che si trovano nelle zone...
