“This tiny Inn is definitely worth a visit! The new owners were very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and very clean. The history of the building meant that the bar is tiny, but very welcoming - we spent a great evening drinking and chatting with locals. No food available on the first night, but the owners were happy to recommend and book somewhere for us to eat. Their kitchen was open the second night and the quality was excellent. “La camera era sufficiente ma non spaziosa però il contesto davvero notevole. Il personale molto gentile. Il Pub accogliente con una cucina ottima. Le sale comuni dotate di biliardo ed altri giochi. Intorno una campagna piena di animali ed una natura esuberante. Un posto che vale il traggitto per raggiungerlo. Menzione speciale per i maialini da compagnia....”

“Booked last minute during cycling trip. Staff wentvout of their way to help with luggage and security of my bike. Room had everything and more including stocked fridge and microwave. ”

“Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Hexham Abbey within easy walking sistance. Room was spacious and very quiet. Nice 'extras' provided (sewing kit, razor, toothbrush and past) which is no longer standard. Parking was easy and on the street directly opposite the hotel.”
