Hotel vicino a Halvergate Village Hall - Norwich

“Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value...

“A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. “We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting family in Great Yarmouth. The staff was first class and took care of our every need. We had a great breakfast each morning and a very good light dinner on one night during our stay. We will stay at the Imperial Hotel on our next visit.”

“Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. ”
