This place is best suited for hospital.We have just finished renovations with brand new appliances like double door dishwasher etc This accommodation enjoy whole day sunlight.Sops across the road to cater all basic needs like Superette Liquor store Fish and chips Laundromat Indian takeaway.Walking distance to Waikato river city centre and Forest lake
Good size parking on the back. Enough parking for 3/4 cars

Big deck in front to enjoy outdoor

Found the residence comfortable and clean I would have liked to have seen a washer and drier present Also a great assistance would be a key to the rear door to assist us with a clean area to remove our muddy shoes before entering the residence The shower head could do with some remedial work All else was to our liking. Thank you to our Host for sharing

Be prepared for road noise

Property is fine. I did have to ask for details on how to get in on the day we were due to arrive but we received them in plenty of time before we checked in. The road noise is loud. I'd go prepared with earplugs if you're not used to being that close to traffic normally! Not something the owner can change but something to note when traveling with kids or elderly like I was.

we did enjoy our stay, and the owner was good giving address & lockbox no., which we appreciated. However there are things that need doing urgently i.e. towel rails, soap dish i n shower, more towels, as now where to hang them. What modernisation that has been done is lovely.

Just what we were looking for

Communication with hosts was prompt and without issue. We arrived quite late and left the following day but would definitely book again if we needed accommodation in area again. Only negative was that we couldn't get the TV to work due to not being able to register/login to the wifi. This wasn't problematic for the length of our stay but may have been if we stayed longer. I am sure the hosts would have quickly helped if we messaged them.

Great location as shops across the road. Indian takeout was so good. Very welcoming 😊 Communication on the day of check in stressful for us as we flew in from Melbourne. So no data access to receive information.

Great location for hospital

The location is great if you need to be near by the hospital. However sound is extremely loud from the road and cleanliness on our visit was not desirable. There were a few areas with mould, dishes not clean and fridge not clean etc. kitchen is a great size and has be modernised which is great if you need to cook a lot:

Bad service

Hi. We did book for one night and did receive a email confirm the booking. When we arrived at the property at 9 o'clock at night and I open my email to get the code for the key, I was surprised that it was not there. I did send a text to the host directly to ask for the code. He only responded 5 hours later and by that time, I was forced to pay almost $500 dollars for emergency accommodation to have a place to sleep that night. I want my money back from the host and I am not very happy with the service. Awaiting your response.
