“This is the third stay at this home and would come back in a heartbeat . 5 houses from the lake on a quiet street with plenty of parking in the middle of the summer: priceless! The charm of the cottage home has uneven floors, yet all the comforts for an amazing stay. Kitchen well stocked with all serving and cooking items. “Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected. ”

“Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!”

“Check in was very easy and the house was spacious. The host left coffee pods, coffee creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner for our convenience, which was really nice. However, it was beyond dirty. ”
