“We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!”

“If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

“The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. ”

“Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!”

“Check in was very easy and the house was spacious. The host left coffee pods, coffee creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner for our convenience, which was really nice. However, it was beyond dirty. ”

“We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!”
