“When we arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied. This was very concerning and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the other guest was clothed and understanding. Glitches happen, but didn't start things off well. We also had booked an accessible room and the (new) room was not. The TV in our (new) room had five circles burned into it. “This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too.
