“Very clean, comfortable with a nice seating area on the balcony. Room was heated and toasty warm when we got there (winter). Walking distance from concert venue, beach, and food. Nice spot! ”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. ”

“Really nice room with full kitchen short walk to Hampton beach. Perfect for a fishermen who doesn’t want to spend all his money eating out. Refrigerator stove oven microwave coffee maker. ”

“Nice house, kind staff and close to the beach but quite frankly full of carpets not so clean and not so pleasant to have a shared bath (we were 4 and had a shared bath). It was written in the notes of the contract but simply didn’t expect it for the price we paid”

La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole: disponeva di una zona giorno con divano tavolino e tavolo da pranzo con poltrone piccola zona cucina, zona notte con letto ampio e comodo. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia della stanza, se si resta piú di una notte, va richiesta tramite un modulo che si trova in reception, altrimenti non passano. Colazione varia.”

“The inn was so beautiful and elegant. Check-in was easy and the staff was incredibly responsive. Everything was thoughtful planned and accounted for in advanced. I loved the working fireplace. Thank you for great stay!”

“Everything was great! I'd like to add that sound travels from upstairs in the suite to the lower level and vice versa. We had to keep the volume of the upstairs TV way down because our guest below could easily hear it. I wish there was a door or at the top of the stairs. We's still stay there again. It was very clean, pretty, & a quick walk to downtown. The staff at the desk were very friendly!”

“Staff was super friendly, room was great, they fulfilled all my our (anniversary) requests with professionalism and without hesitation. Only downside was the TV in the living room and we couldnt watch it at bedtime. Other than that it was great! Thats why we keep coming back!”
