“Great price, great location and comfy bed. Bathroom is teeny tiny. I checked in at 5:30 pm which is the offices off hours so I called a phone number for assistance. It was busy for 20 or so. I finally reached someone and they checked us in.”

“Walking distance to main beach area and the New Hampton State Beach was a block away. Food nearby. The owner was very helpful for all our needs. The place was clean and neat.”

“We love to stay here. It's close to the stae beach/park and within walking g distance to the boardwalk but far enough away to be quiet. Gary is great!!! The rooms are simple but clean and well maintained.”

“The location was directly across from the beach. The room was clean with a nice view of the ocean. We ate two meals in the restaurant and both times we had to send back one of the meals from our group because it was not as ordered. Other meals were ok. Very disappointed with the resort fees for chairs and umbrellas. We did not use these but still had to pay the fees. We had to pay the resort fee even on the day we checked in, but we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 PM unless you wanted...
