“My room was very dusty. The hotel was fine for a one night stay while we visited Hampton University.”

“Dead bugs in drawers, hair in tub, burns in the bed throw, door to hallway was patched. If I hadn't prepaid I would have left. Neighborhood very sketchy. Photos online must be old, looks worn out. ”

“The bathroom wasn’t clean, the floors were dirty. The bed wasn’t comfortable. It was very loud all night. The area of town doesn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“I booked for the wrong date, but Linda and Sal was very patient and helped me get into a room that was just as good as the one i booked. If you are looking for a clean and family oriented hotel around aeverything and a helpful staff please choose this hotel. You will not be disappointed ”

“Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. ”

“Dogs barking for over an hour at 7am. Someone trying to kick a door open and owners of the dogs fight and yelling because the dogs pooped all over the room”

“I've stayed at many Quality Inn Properties, but this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. My room looked like it had not been cleaned very well. Refrigerated didn't work, there was a used spoon in the freezer part of the refrigerator. I had a few items that should have been refrigerated but couldn't. There was all kinds of hair in the tub. My mattress would not stay stationary on the frame. I had what looked liked a dirty pillow case. Let's just say it was no longer white. Around 1 in the...

“Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.”
