It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. “We loved this house! Perfect for our family of 4 summer time getaway. Short (minutes) drive to restaurants, hikes, Killington Mountain. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Vacasa was easily accessible and responsive via text. The house is close to a main road so there is some noise, but it didn’t bother us - the property is nicely tucked away and we use white noise for sleeping. “We love out of the way places. This one qualifies. Very isolated, yet not far from Woodstock and other great places to visit. Well stocked. Comfortable and clean location.We didn't visit the small pond at the bottom of the hill. But it looks like it would be good fun, especially with children. Saw kayak next to a shed. “The house is perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy family dinners together and the you can play family games like ping pong or pool. S’mores by the fire pit are a must at night. About a 5 mi minute drive from the Killington base lodge and nightlife.”
