“Customer service was horrible. We checked in and didn’t like the room. They did not give the refund even though we didn’t stay for a minute. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank.”

“room was met expectations, clean a little technical with the TV. I'm not a fan of technology but it was fine. the only thing I can really complain about would be the tightness and gloominess of the garage; elevator was lit up. I felt bad that on another floor that evening someone seem to be smoking something, your staff was already investigating it. All in all, I had a very good stay.”

“The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The rooftop bar and pool area is nice and clean and the service is good. The hotel restaurant was short staff, and the service and food were not so great, but the last time I stayed here it was good so it may have just been the staff that was working on the day I stayed.”

“It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!”

“The hotel was nice and the room was good overall. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, which was very low, and it took a long time to get hot water. My room was on the 9th floor, so that may have contributed, but it still shouldn’t be an excuse.”
