“Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. ”

“Questa è la seconda esperienza, complessivamente positiva. Lo si può definire un boutique hotel ispirato al classicismo, in una città che sprizza modernità ad ogni angolo di strada. Per visitatori italiani io li trovo perfetto!”

“The breakfast buffet was very good, although I was under the impression it was included with the room, but I obviously misunderstood. So breakfast was $50 for 2 people. You can order from the menu instead, which we did in day 2, but it was still $50. If you are a big eater, it's worth it. You do get a lot. The bar is very over priced too, but that's what you get from a hotel bar. Pappadeaux is right next door & drinks were $3 less. We did order food from the bar as well & it was very good....

“Generally, It was in pre-run down state. The rooms were large. The breakfast was delicious. Just need some maintenance updating fresh paint drywall repair the drywall behind my commode was damaged and unrepaired.”

“The room was nice and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet is overpriced for what was offered. The food was not terrible but not great. The front desk staff employees were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. ”

“1)La mia stanza aveva il condizionatore di una rumorosità insopportabile. 2) per colazione ci hanno consegnato un sacchetto di carta con 2 snack e un succo di frutta da portarsi e consumare in camera.”

“The property was dirty, had roaches and broken down furniture. They changed my room and it still sucked. Not to mention the elevator was out of order during my entire stay.”

“My bed was infested with roaches although it appeared to be clean and made up. The room had a roach infestation. Apart from that, the rooms looked renovated, modern and good looking for the price.”

“I saw 4 drug deals go down. There was NO hot water. There was no remote for the tv I went to the office to get one and the remote didn't work. There were people yelling and loud cars in the middle of the night. Will never stay there again. ”
