“This hotel is much better than i expected. Check in is 12pm and check out is 2pm which gives convenience to early arrival or late check out people. The location is very convenient to almost everything. It is an AI hotel but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mr Li (李俏俊)who did above and beyound; he was very patient for all my questions and did his best to help us whenever we need. Overall, my experience in this hotel exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here...

“Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“The staff were rude at check in and during our stay when we had an inquiry. We tried to use the sauna and it wasn’t working properly. ”

“Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. ”
