“One of the best properties we’ve stayed over the past 10 years. Communication was beyond amazing, anything we needed or asked, the host responded to within minutes. “Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes.”

“The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.”
