“If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. ”

“L'albergo è molto bello ed elegante, con una magnifica vista dal rooftop sulla chiesa di San Giuseppe; è in una zona centrale, ci si muove a piede verso le principali attrazioni del quartiere vecchio. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa, dove abbiamo fatto due massaggi ottimi. Ottime le opzioni della colazione. Su tutto prevale la professionalità del personale, in particolare di Susan e Lily, che ci hanno supportato durante tutto il soggiorno. Probabilmente uno dei migliori alberghi in cui sono stata.”
