“This hotel was a surprise! The room was bigger than our expectation and the decoration was really warm. Everything was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had different things and also special items that they could make from the menu. Annie and Thao from reception were very kind in helping us with everything. the location was ideal with everything close by.”

“L’hotel nella zona dell’old quarter di Hanoi è davvero molto carino . Il personale parla inglese sono tutti molto gentili . La colazione è per la maggior parte salata ma c’è anche frutta e qualche dolce. Stanza spaziosa con terrazzino. Anche se di giorni fuori c’è il caos più totale ( come nel resto della città), di notte è silenziosa. Sono forniti anche accappatoio e ciabatte . Super consigliato ”

“It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Lots of food, shopping and travel agencies right outside of the hotel where one can go to book trips, excursions and exchange money. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay pleasurable. Our rooms were very clean and we were up on the 8th floor away from the noise. The rooms were lovely, however, I’d suggest that the hotel improve the lighting in the...
