It was a very nice resort

I loved everything about this resort. It was too tier. The staff was great shot out to Shantal from entertainment she is a wonderful asset to the mangrove she wants to make sure everyone is having a great time. Special shot out to Primrose in the food market she was wonderful. Great food, great drink, great entertainment, great vibe. Clean and beautiful decor. I will be back

Refused to allow any credit or refund after death in family and emergency travel back home 4 days into a long awaited 12 day family vacation. Despite website detailing fully refundable, it is not "permitted" when through a third party such as Expedia. Not even one penny or a credit - total 8 days unused - no response while at the resort but a very quick denial of any credit immediately after check out. Read the fine print before booking and expect no customer service in case of emergency. To be fair, for the short time at the resort, the swimout pool was very nice as were the general staff. However, the beach is essentially unusable given the extreme amount of rocks both entering the ocean and in the water (shallow). Zero compassion during a very difficult time. Both resort and Expedia who both pointed to the other for denial of any credits.
