“Rooms clean a stuff but some of the staff don’t really care much about colored people they need to cheat all equally because we booking the resorts that’s how staff gets paid otherwise the liquor was weak watered down at the swim up bar the bar tender push the cup towards me which made some the drinks spill an he said nothing about it make it seems like an everyday thing ”

Our rooms, the halls lobbies, beaches and restaurants were super clean. The bars poured strong drinks. The spa was incredibly relaxing along with the hydrotherapy area. Everyone was so lovely. It was the best time. ”

“Woke up after my first night to realize there was blood (not mine!!!) on the bedsheets. Probably the worst thing to have happen. Not only were the sheets not changed but they had someone’s blood on them. The staff tried to be helpful but honestly after that everything kind of bothered me. They had silly rules that kids couldn’t be play pool after 9:30pm. They’re 15 and 11, not little and were accompanied by us. We couldn’t walk along the beach beyond a certain point because of our wrist band...

“Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means...
