“Getting wash clothes and hand towels was like pulling teeth called three days in a row and none were ever in our room. Got to the resort no towels in room. They brought bath towels that they didn’t replace the 8 days we were there. Also room service never replaces shampoo soap etc. I prefer to wash my body and shower on daily. This should be the normal. I shouldn’t have to even ask. ”

“L'hotel è molto bello, classica struttura coloniale di fronte al mare, tutti gli inservienti vestiti di bianco etc. vi deve piacere lo stile. Il mare non è stile caraibi ma mostra molte sfumature sul verde, poca sabbia molto pulito.
Le camere sono la parte più bella, tutte vista mare con ampio e comodo letto, bel bagno e pulitissime. Preparatevi, i costi del cibo e delle bevande sono esorbitanti considerando che qualunque cosa ordiniate verrà sottoposta ad un 30% di aumento (tax+service...

“Room was clean but unfortunately my door had issues which cause me a lot of inconvenience before checking out supervisor of the security was not so polite. “La colazione è molto limitata, nel prezzo è compreso un solo piatto con succo e caffè. Va dalle 7 alle 9, ma se si va alle 7.30 non c’è nessuno. La navetta per la spiaggia passa alle 10 e preleva alla spiaggia alle 16; se si preferisce altri orari è a pagamento. Se non fosse per la navetta, non avremmo scoperto di avere anche la spiaggia perchè nessuno te lo dice.
