“I would not recommend this property. They are currently under construction in the main reception area. Our room was just ok, the sink was stopped up and it took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and fix it. Also a light fixture fell off the wall and almost hit my son in the head. We also lost power on our first night there-which also took several calls to the front desk before it was addressed. The food was just ok but expected more from a so called quality resort.”

The optional dinner each evening was equally impressive, with a different menu every night and consistently excellent quality. What truly set this property apart, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were absolutely amazing, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. I have never experienced this level of care and warmth...

“Overall, the stay was very good. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. My only issues were that we had to change suites twice and my cleaning lady was a little lax in her duties. I was with a group of 16 and no one else had these issues so I don't think it was that particular maid only and not an overall property issue. ”
