“The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

“This is a quaint quiet small hotel even though it is an older property.The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The garden area was lush with greenery. Very relaxing. It was a little tricky to find. You have to take an alley to get there as the location is between the beach and the main road. La navetta per la spiaggia passa alle 10 e preleva alla spiaggia alle 16; se si preferisce altri orari è a pagamento. “bella e curata struttura in ottima posizione al centro della spiaggia di Negril ! Giardino e zone comune molto curato ! Vicino ai locali che fanno musica live in spiaggia di sera ma non troppo ! Rispetto ad altri hotel vicini, la spiaggia è sicuramente più spaziosa e pulita, con accesso al mare perfetto ! Qualità cibo ok anche se poca scelta e prezzi forse un po' alti.”

“La Giamaica è stata purtroppo ormai rovinata dal turismo di massa americano che richiede grandi e brutti resort di cemento tutti attaccati sulla spiaggia e divertimento consumistico e caotico, ma sempre da resort all inclusive. L'unica parte di negril che è ancora fuori da queste logiche è quella della scogliera, dove appunto è lo Xtabi e altre strutture esteticamente ecologiche come il Rockhouse e il Catch the Falling Star.
