Hotel vicino a Harbison Theatre - Irmo

“The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I...

“Nice and clean and friendly staff ”

“It was an excellent stay. And we would stay at your properties again. However the conservative slant on the television stations was a bit of a downer. No MS Now channel. But all of the conservative regulars. I guess it's just cultural.”

“The property was located on a lake with a walking path all around the lake. The pool area had a large beautiful pavilion with outdoor kitchen. The staff was friendly. The suite overlooking the lake was perfect for us.”

“We had reserved a double queen suite. It was huge and exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This location offers many amenities including an indoor pool. Good safe neighborhood. We plan to stay there again. Only marginal issue was the quality of the breakfast offerings, Room for improvement there.”

“The hotel was very nice and clean. Check in in was very simple and the front desk gal was very friendly and helpful. The biggest negatives are the lack of amenities and comfort items. There are no disposable utensils, coffee, or supplies of any kind in the room or lobby. Hair dryer you have to get from front desk which isn’t the biggest deal, but for being $100 a night you would kind of expect certain amenities to be included. Only negative about the room was that there was a giant sticky mess...

“Hotel room air conditioning filter was disgusting. Cleaning people never left clean towels but took all old ones. Trash cans always over flowing in breakfast area and front desk. Water did not work on Sunday morning at 430 but came back on. Key cards never worked and had to keep getting them reprogrammed, elevator ok 4th floor down button did not work so had to go to higher floors then go bank down. . ”

“Average hotel. Parking can fill up at night, I do like how they have free movies and shows on the tv. ”

“Very nice stay. Lots of room. The place was really clean, we had two bedrooms, this place is like an apartment. I enjoyed myself, the staff was excellent. We had a little car trouble and the staff instantly gave me several options. Everything worked out great. If I am in SC again I will definitely look to stay at Main Stay Harbison.”

“Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. ”
