“The parking lot was "secured", lie. No gates, literally broken off and missing. Yet I was charged almost 300 EXTRA for this feature. Parking lot filthy, windows you couldn't see out of. Pool filled with bandaids and other human detritus. Black mold and muck on the pool stairs. In 7 days not once was it cleaned by staff. One broken elevator, which really was an inconvenience being on the 9th floor. Upon entry.....Room was not vacuumed, dirt swept behind doors. Bathroom also dirty. I did ask...
