“The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience.”

“We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.”

“We were put in a room straight across the hall from the breakfast area. Breakfast was not until 7am but the beeper on the waffle iron was going off way before 7am. People were allowed to sit in the breakfast area after quite time in the evening and were loudly visiting. Glad we are now home so we can get some sleep. I have to say the place was clean and no bad odors, but the room that I saw on the internet had a recliner and a large fridge. Since we were going to be there for 4 nights that...

There were several very deep potholes on the property including one by the gate when you are leaving the parking lot. Those need attention immediately”

“Cons: very basic room furnishings. Not many plug-ins, only a desk chair, room just seemed empty compared to other rooms we've had. Toilet paper was stationed more towards the back side of the toilet which was annoying to have to reach back to get it. Discovered the shampoo was empty and when I called the front desk, housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some which was just uncomfortable being grungy in front of all the breakfast eaters.
