“Loved our stay. Didn't like that the front desk came to our door 10 minutes prior to checkout to ask if we staying or checking out. ”

“The room was very comfortable. The tea/coffee station in the lobby was great. Everything was very clean.”

I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. “The room was clean, but not like what was pictured online when I booked. Hotel is older and in disrepair as was the room. The room was also VERY sparse and furniture was pretty beat up. I felt like I paid WAY too much money for the condition of the hotel and room. ”
