Hotel a New Richmond

“Rooms were adequately clean, beds comfy and large. Plenty of room for a single person to get around. Staff cares about everyone including pets.”

“Very nice place”

“The outside of the property needs some improvements and sprucing up. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, turned our feet black. The beds are ok, but not very comfortable. The metal bed frame made loud noise when turning over in the beds. The mattress could defiantly use an upgrade. The reclining chair in the room had a large paint stain and needs cleaned or replaced. And the arm of it was kind of broken. The table between the beds was sticky. The bathtub faucet leaks, doesn't shut off...

“Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future”

“My wife says it's her favorite hotel that she's ever stayed at and she can never stay at another hotel ever again. Besides that one, she'll be happy”

“Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.”

“We stayed overnight with our cat and purposely booked an accessibility room that was stated to include a visual fire alarm. The room was accessible for physical disabilities with wide bathroom door and walk in shower, it was not equipped for people with hearing disabilities such as myself. There was only a smoke detector without any strobe light, not useful for those of us who are deaf. The room was great otherwise but was a disappointing at best in terms of ADA requirements.”

“Front desk staff was very helpful, amenities were as advertised. Room was clean and we had a good nights sleep.”

“there was NO staff. especially front desk staff. They are using a Kiosk which is not a lot of help when I tried to check in I was told that my room wasn't ready and that they were waiting for housekeeping to update the list which they said could take a few hours, But if they would have had frontdesk staff they would have been able to check to see if the rooms were clean. “Poor communication regarding checking into rooms at 3pm. I was told that some of the housekeeping staff quit and the rooms were not ready until almost 5pm.”

“Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel”
