“Outdoor pool still closed. room I was placed in shares a joining wall with laundry room they had it going till 3 am almost could not sleep. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal or packets of hot cereal and toast or pancakes despite the set up for eggs and other things non were there during posted breakfast hours.”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. “We were just traveling through and stayed one night. And it was just fine for that. Clean, nice staff, easy check in and out. The breakfast was just ok. Can’t really say anything about any other amenities. But overall it was a fine hotel. And when traveling through again would stay here again. ”

“The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. ”
