Hotel a Bethel

“There were dead bugs in the hallway the room smelled like mold and cigarettes there was blood and other questionable stains on the bedspread and poop was smeared in the bathroom we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room so that we could stay we were booked thursday through Sunday and we left Saturday morning because we couldn't stand another night not to mention the windows in our room would not lock not to mention when this was all mentioned to staff they completely disregarded...

“The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.”

“The room was gorgeous, looks like it has been recently renovated. Looks like they are trying to update the outside of the building, just still looks a bit low class. Our bathroom door didn't shut, it's very noisy road noise, homeless guy, with all his belongings, sitting in the area by the stair well. NO breakfast food of any kind out!!!!”

“The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

“2 night stay with no television. Aside from that we would probably stay here again.”

“First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again.”

“The room was so filthy that we couldn’t stay. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting, even the mattress had stains on it. We had to move to another hotel, and they would not refund our money. I would not recommend it AT ALL.”
