“Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...

“Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Water leaked all over bathroom floor from shower. The main door to the room looked like someone tried to kick it in. Thankfully it wasn’t winter. It had a huge gap in the bottom of the door. Was told someone would be there the next day to fix it but no one ever came. Tv didn’t work at first but managed to fix that ourselves. Their own phones in the room didn’t even work. Was looking forward to taking the grandkids to the pool, guess what, it didn’t work!!! ...

“Room was worn but clean. Staff was inexperienced but careful and helpful. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. The pool was dark and dingy however clean. ”

“The staff was very nice and accommodating when our room keys didn’t work. However, the facility wasn’t very clean. Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival because there were hairs in the shower and behind the faucet. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. We were visiting our son who recently moved there so we probably won’t choose this hotel for our next trip.”

“Decent price for last minute booking. Dated property with few amenities. No microwave not the cleanest but no bugs seen.”
