Hotel vicino a Harris Conference Center - Charlotte

“After staying in a Hilton Garden in Bangor, Maine the night before that was wonderful, I was disappointed in this location. Lobby welcoming in Bangor started the stay off on a high note. Staff was polite and efficient. We did not use amenities. Even though, I thought I specifically booked this hotel for a hot tub but was told there was no hot hub when I checked in.”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“Ottima”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.”

“Property and breakfast were great. Our plane was delayed into Charlotte and we arrived around 11:20pm Called the hotel to get the shuttle. Information in our Itinerary stated it would run until 12:00. Called and a gentleman told us that the bus stopped running at 11:00. We ended up paying $18 for a cab. I would like to get reimbursed for our cab ride.”

“The property was absolutely amazing and it was my first time staying at a Double Tree. I was down the hallway from the gym which was good and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was nice and i would love to come back”

“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”

“Nice enough, had shuttle to airport”

“Problem with nearby guest slamming the doors between 2-5 am. Room 205 had tv loud enough I could make out what was said. All a problem when needing to wake up at 445am to make a flight.”

“Hot shower, clean rooms. Just drama from Police daily...”

“The guy at check in was very kind and helpful. Other than that, I would not recommend the place. Dirty shower and toilet, noisy AC and very noisy fridge ( I had to turn it off ) overall cleaning is very poor. Only pro, very close to airport.”
