“Air condition sounded like a lawn mower was on as it cycle through to turn off. It kept us awake and it was warm in the room. You have to pay for parking even if you’re staying for the night. We had to leave before 6 on a Saturday so they did not have a grab and go breakfast like they did M-F. So all of the above was disappointing. Staff was great and room was really nice. Really convenient to airport ”

“As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. “It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“The staff was pleasant but the walls are thin. You can hear a lot of other guests in the hotel and being so close to the airport, sleeping at 4am was bit tough. I'd recommend earplugs. ”

“Housekeeping beating on the door like the police to ask if I need towels at 9 or 10 am is ridiculous. A simple knock would've sufficed. And then the security guard harassed me the other night because I wanted to work the property after work to unwind from work. He had a real bad attitude and was very rude. The property rules didt. State anything about not being able to roam the property after 11pm. Overall my stay was great. ”
