“This hotel was a welcome respite after a long day of delayed flights and missed connections. Kristen at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from cold cereal and yogurt to eggs, bacon and waffles made to order. Four minutes to the airport and a couple minutes to the highway. Very convenient. Highly recommend.”

“I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. “It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“To be honest Ive stayed at 4 Hilton owned hotels and all of them have been a big disappointment. The rooms look nice but when it’s time to sleep. Walls are thin and you can hear everything, the beds are hard and not comfortable at all and the pillows , well they are like a deflated ballon when you lay your head on them.”
