The towels and bedding were dark colours which really didn't make us feel too comfortable. The curtain rod was held together with duct tape. There were many wires just hanging loosely and certainly not safe for small children. In general, okay for an overnight stay but definitely not for a few days. “Let me start by saying that Alan, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was very clean. However, the cleaner used on the tile left a very strong smell that irritated my eyes if I stayed in the room too long. I ended up getting a candle to help cut the smell, which did improve things. The motel itself is quite dated. The beds were older but still comfortable, and the rooms only offer single and twin beds. I was glad to have both a fridge and microwave in the room. The...
