“Robert greeted us at the door and was friendly. The room we were shown to was perfect, bed was comfortable and amenities clean and tidy. The location of Kirkgate House was great, in the middle of the town with bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Would recommend and if we visit Knaresborough again, definitely would stay.”

“Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay.”

“Good little apartment, had everything we needed. Close to town centre.

“Don't stay here if you want to sleep! We were in a room on the 2nd floor with a window facing onto the street. It was a Saturday night, so possibly not always this bad, but the noise in the street was relentless and the windows didn't keep the noise out at all.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the bathroom door opened into the end of the bed, so it felt cramped. Also, the batteries in the TV remote were dead. ”
