“Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. ”

Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. “Exuma Summit House is outstanding, with great indoor and outdoor amenities. Arrival was great, we arrived 4 hours before check in and put our bags in the house while the cleaning crew spruced up the home. Then we spent the next few hours swimming in the pool and utilizing the outdoor bathrooms, changing room, and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Nicky, the house manager, took care of all our needs and requests, from booking dinner reservations to making boat excursion recommendations...
