“I have nothing good to say about this property it was not at all like the reviews their was hair in the tub hair on the sheets the lamps shades had tears in them the furniture had damage the bed was a queen not a king the curtains were nasty breakfast was awful spoiled milk when it rains the areas around you floods and places have no water or power the toliet was loose as well although maintenance did get thsr fixed but stole a bottle of my husbands cologne”

“No one was ever available at the desk. They don’t answer the phone when you call the number left at the desk. When asking for clean linen, they gave me dirty linen. Breakfast started an hour late. Key card shuts off at anytime, that’s a bigger problem when no one is at the desk to help you and not answering the phone. Rooms not ready. The good thing is that the room was decent and comfortable during the stay though. I totally understand staff shortages and other complications of operations,...
