“The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. Expedia charges you separately for the hotel and flight but when you need to submit an invoice for each when traveling for business, you're out of luck, even after submitting a support ticket.”
