Il giorno prima ti inviano un link per accedere ad un form da compilare, ed il giorno dell'arrivo ti mandano un codice via sms e mail per sbloccare un locker contenente la chiave elettronica per accedere alle stanze.il locker si trova all'ingresso principale, mentre l'accesso alle stanze avviene da un vialetto laterale sulla destra. The hotel itself is older and a little out of date, but it was maintained well. It’s a short walk to the train station and the boat dock. It was a perfect home base to explore the rest of the middle Rhine. ”

“Das Hotel liegt ruhig und bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab’s einen Wein – der schmeckte so gut, wir haben sofort nach einem zweiten Glas gefragt. Aber das Frühstück war der eigentliche Star: 7 Sorten Wurst vom Metzger, 14 Sorten Käse, frische Eier, Milchprodukte vom Hof – wir haben uns gefühlt wie auf einem Bauernmarkt mit Hotelbett. Der Tisch war so voll, wir mussten erstmal strategisch planen, was wir zuerst essen.”

“Späte Anreise, herzlicher Empfang Obwohl das Restaurant schon schloss, bekamen wir noch einen wirklich tollen Salatteller zum Begrüßungswein serviert. Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen. Unsere Sonderwünsche bei der Buchung wurden berücksichtigt und prompt bestätigt.”

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”
