“Abbiamo alloggiato in questa guest house una notte, la camera è normale, la zona dove si fa la colazione è gelida!.Il titolare si è rivelato una grandissima delusione, ci ha spiegato che il trasfer all'aeroporto che sembrerebbe gratuito, lo è solo se si prenota tramite il suo sito e non da terzi come Expedia! La stazione è comunque vicina, il giorno della partenza visto che nevicava e avevamo bagagli passeggino ed una bimba con noi abbiamo comunque richiesto il trasferimento, ci ha chiesto £10,...

“Honestly really really great place to stay! Very good value for money, such a friendly and kind host to welcome us and even helped carry bags to our room. Ensured we had everything we needed for a fab monday-friday stay. In our room there was tea and coffee facilities, a small table and chairs, a double bed and a single bed and our own toilet and shower room which had little bottles of shampoo and shower gel which was a nice touch. “Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.”

Dovevo partecipare ad un evento e avevo una tabella di marcia piuttosto serrata e ho dovuto saltare la colazione 3 volte su 6 perché la cucina apriva troppo tardi e non c'era modo di comunicare con il personale. “Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break.”

“We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. ”
