“Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bossier City was just right. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, the building smelled clean. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great job. Thank you.”

“Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.”

After finally getting some attention the clerk would not open the door she said we were overbooked! I am handicapped my girlfriend was sick and ended up having to stay in Monroe! The hotel is still charging me I was stuck in Dallas traffic or would have been there sooner they still refused to give me my Money back! If they were overbooked refund me my money! “Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.”

Hole in carpet, telephone didn’t work, safe didn’t work, refrigerator was frozen, coffee pot was missing part, ice bucket had no lid, water pressure was low, $20.00 for burger and fries too high, no bath towels. Overall, hotel has deteriorated since Ballys took over. Employees are very nice. Housekeeping needs major changes!”

I was opening the drapes and the liners behind the drapes was a bit too long. My feet stepped on the liner and it was like dry rotted so my foot tore through the liner was wrapped around my ankle cause me to trip...
