Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“The property was convenient to King of Prussia and the city of Philadelphia. The room was ok a little wear and tear. Great water pressure and temperature. The restaurant looked nice but didn't eat there. The pool area needs the most work. Hole in the ceiling water was dripping into a bucket. The Jacuzzi needs a new paint job and tiles replaced . I didn't look into the pool.”

“Our stay was very nice. The staff was great. The only issue was that the shower leaked out to the bathroom floor and then to the entryway because the door for the shower was not secured to prevent leaks when closed. That didn’t deter the nice time we had.”

“STAY AWAY!! When we checked into this hotel at 12:20 AM and entered our room, there was coffee cup trash on the floor at the side of the bed. We went downstairs to get a room change and when checking into that room, the shower in the bathroom was dirty and has not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and they had us check out a third room which still was not great, but it was so late and after making phone calls to try to switch hotels, there wasnt any availability at any local...

“Property feels brand new, very clean. Would definitely stay there again when in town. They do seem to be working out the “kinks”. We needed towels and hand soap in the bathroom and getting more than 1 of each was like we were asking for a free night. The suite (akin to a junior suite at most other hotels) was great, the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. However the room came with a sleeper sofa. Took two nights to actually get sheets and a comforter for it and then housekeeping never...

“Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles”

“The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned.”
