The front desk clerk greeted me with a smile, which was a pleasant surprise in this day and age. They were all efficient and well mannered. “Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“This is a sole proprietor business in an old residence. Our room was the only one with an en suite bathroom. It was comfortable and quiet. The owner/manager was there when we arrived and was most gracious and helpful. The room would benefit from more good hangers in the closet and a full length mirror in the bedroom.
