“Very nice and clean room; great staff; very useful service with free shuttle and very kind shuttle drivers.”

“It's one of the best priced properties available. That being said, it's an older building with older furnishings and an older bathroom and kitchen. Everything worked fine, but it won't be either fancy or modern.”

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles”

“I didn't end up staying at the accommodation. The listing on Expedia and the name of the room made it sound like this room was in a multi-unit hotel type accommodation. The neighborhood is a run down and there are no nearby restaurants or facilities. When I arrived at the unit it was clearly a remodeled residence converted to have several units. It was an older building with a door directly onto the street with no lobby or front desk. There is no manager or assistance on site. There was a...

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother.”
