“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“STAY AWAY!! When we checked into this hotel at 12:20 AM and entered our room, there was coffee cup trash on the floor at the side of the bed. We went downstairs to get a room change and when checking into that room, the shower in the bathroom was dirty and has not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and they had us check out a third room which still was not great, but it was so late and after making phone calls to try to switch hotels, there wasnt any availability at any local...

“Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles”

“The property was convenient to King of Prussia and the city of Philadelphia. The room was ok a little wear and tear. Great water pressure and temperature. The restaurant looked nice but didn't eat there. The pool area needs the most work. Hole in the ceiling water was dripping into a bucket. The Jacuzzi needs a new paint job and tiles replaced . I didn't look into the pool.”

“I cannot rate anything accurately other than the check in experience because i could not get in the property. I booked unit 205 via Expedia and was switched to 207 by the property. I did not noticed the change and my reservation with Expedia was never changed to 207. I headed to unit 205 with a code to enter for unit 207. My family and i stood in the street for about 45min under the sun in an area that is quite sketchy. I tried to contact Expedia and the property mgmt. The number provided gets...

“Our stay was very nice. The staff was great. The only issue was that the shower leaked out to the bathroom floor and then to the entryway because the door for the shower was not secured to prevent leaks when closed. That didn’t deter the nice time we had.”
