“I gave low stars on website accuracy because after renting a room here I then find out that Panoramic Resort is actually in a hotel and Panoramic only owns some rooms in the hotel. They don’t tell you this on the website. Only after renting a room are you told that you could possibly rent one of Panoramic cars(if able) so you wouldn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount to park that the hotel collects. If you rent a car from Panoramic there is no parking fee. Would have liked to have known that...

“Stayed at the Renaissance Spa Hotel and had a great experience overall. Shawn at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. I stayed on the 19th floor with beautiful city views and a partial ocean view. I spent 7 nights there, and the room was consistently clean and comfortable thanks to excellent housekeeping. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Waikiki, which is nice if the weather isn’t too hot. Otherwise, the hotel offers a shuttle service that runs every two hours. Uber...

“Our room was amazing, we had a 2 bedroom (one king, 2 queen beds) 2 full bathrooms, 2 showers, jacuzzi tub, ocean view suite! It had a full kitchen, laundry, balcony! We had an amazing time! The staff kept the room clean once per day and refilled the towels, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, laundry soap, dish soap, everything! We even had pots and pans to cook with. We did have to ask for some ice since the ice machine in the freezer couldn't keep up with the 6 of us. They handed out beach...

“There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! ”
