Stunning central Maui location! Close to many world-class beaches and snorkel spots including Kaanapali Beach and Napili, Kapalua, and Honolua Bays Just minutes to a number of great restaurants. The quiet condominium is one of only 88 units in 3 buildings, only 4 stories tall. This condo complex has on-site management and is well maintained with lushly landscaped property and pool area kept neat and tidy. You will be within walking distance of restaurants & a small grocery store.

Prepare your masterchef meals in a kitchen with a view. This fully equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops & updated appliances and ocean views.

Condo Highlights: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is AC in both the living room area and the bedroom of the condo and ceiling fans throughout. Spacious living area with comfortable furnishings and full ocean views.

1. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area.

Our original reservation at another VRBO property was made 8 months ago, and 12 days before departure we were notified it was cancelled due to planned repairs. Few options were available so we grabbed this location at a significant $$ increase over the previous one. It felt dingy, the floors were so dirty we had to wash our feet before getting into bed, the shower is a dark hole, the A/C system is a pain to work, the patio door howled w/ the winds. The bed is comfortable. It’s the most expensive VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, and the worst experience we’ve ever had.

The location is awesome -- ocean front, in a town that is one mile or so from Kapalua and just 5 minutes from Whalers Village and Lahaina. I loved hearing the waves at night. Turtles swam in the waters in front and we even saw a few whales breaching in the distance. The space was great for our party of 3 -- my 2 daughters stayed in the bedroom and I slept on the fold out sofa (which was fine for me cause I like to hear the ocean at night). The unit itself was well appointed (though, I could not find the coffee maker and luckily a McDonalds was a short walk away for coffee!). Nice Roku TV with all the pay channels though we didn't watch much TV. Plenty of towels, dishes etc.. (though, you should add a pizza cutter). Lots of great travel books and cute Hawaiian decorations. Having two beach chairs was appreciated as they are definitely needed for the beach. The A/C and fans were a bit complicated to figure out but the normal temperature at the end of December was so comfortable we barely needed them. I will say that that amenities of the building and property are Poor -- the building is old and rather dingy in places. For what I paid per night I was expecting the place to be a bit nicer. However, the older building is not uncommon in this area of Maui and I was there in between Xmas and New Years. There is no jacuzzi but there is an ocean front pool and BBQs. Also, from suggestion standpoint, the HOA should consider maintenance and landscaping to be done during the afternoon or after 11 in the morning -- it was a bit loud at times. Last, I would have appreciated it if the owner would have given us a later check out since 11am is a bit tight when our flight didn't leave Maui til later in the day. Anyway, trying to give constructive feedback --we enjoyed our stay and this is a great home base for exploring the local area!

Kahana Reef is a dream come true. A quiet place but close to many activities, this condo was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except spices and the living area/bedroom were comfortable and clean. Perhaps our favorite part of 310 was the ocean view. We had an amazing look at the sunset and during the day we could see turtles searching for food along the reef. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This condo was exactly as billed, there were 4 of us in Condo, and two slept on the pull out, I would have to say its a more comfortable than most pull outs. The ocean front view is priceless , to fall asleep and wake up is indescribable, it is what sets the tone for condo. The Condo was fully equip (kitchen, towels , linen's a few beach extras too ) with everything we could have needed and more. The little touches that were left for the visitors were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this rental unit! Aloha and a hui'ho

The owners have done a beautiful job remodeling this well laid out unit with a view that is beyond amazing. The place was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. Well-appointed kitchen. The living room is nicely decorated. The bedroom could really use a chest of drawers; the only place for the suitcases was the floor. A small grab bar would be welcome in the shower entrance. The delivery of the fruit basket was a very nice Aloha touch. Then we have the management group. Don't be fooled by the smiling representative who delivers the fruit basket and says: 'if you need anything, just give us a call'. We called guest services with an issue on day 2 of 10. Bored sounding rep answered. I was transferred to maintenance. I left a message. 3 more calls to guest services. (#1 left message for at least a call back. 2 messages to maintenance (press 3 for maintenance)). Nothing. Day 8 another issue (electrical, but not dangerous). I had given up. I did not even bother. As a frequent vacation rental guest and as a former owner of vacation rentals. I am appalled.

Recently remodeled condo, everything clean, well outfitted kitchen, comfortable bed, views of water and whales and turtles and Molokai, quiet complex, adequate parking. The only thing lacking is somewhere to put clothes in the bedroom. There is a little plastic three drawer in the closet but no big dresser in the room or suitcase stands. Management company is old school, only uses VRBO for leads, slow or never responds to questions, wants to do transactions outside of App, no “host” benefits. Unit is overpriced compared to rest of complex, not a bad deal, just not a great value.
